Supervision of every construction by the IKN is done with strict observance of the legal procedures, starting setting-out, following strictly technical implementation of the construction, quality and quantity control, until the final construction handing over according to the Albanian law and standards, International standards and best practices. IKN staff has a very good experience in the FIDIC contracts.
